If you are kinesthetic person the amount of unconscious movements made by people creates a movement noise that is, well, unbearable.
The only way for such a being to handle this noise, is to do more the movements and more of the kinesthetic noise.

So, I wake, I walk, I eat, I sleep, I talk, I play, I dance, and this is the way I add to the noise and I can manage it, well, somehow.
